bitcoin funds have not been credited

I load $25 into from my bitcoin account and the transaction has been succesful since but the funds have not been credited into my creditproxy account.

How can I send you my bitpay transaction ID so you can confirm and credit my account??

Hi Airnor,

Yes, you actually sent us slightly more bitcoin than was expected and so our system couldn't recognise the payment.

I have now credited your account with the full amount you sent us ($26). Please log out and in for it to update.
