hello,

I have two merchant servers with an "ACTION REQUIRED" Message. How can I know what happend and whats the action required to do.

Hi,

Check https://createproxy.com/dashboard/log_proxy to see if anything is visible there (this is a beta feature which we plan to roll out in a few weeks after more extensive testing)

If nothing is visible there, it means the problem is not on the CreateProxy side. First thing to check would be if it responds to ping.
