On Balance Page, before you add Balance there is notification:

Minimum for Cash-In request is $14, credit will be added automatically in around 30 minutes, once Payment is Confirmed by selected Payment Method, If Credit is not added in 60 minutes, try to logout/login, If still balance is not credited, you will need to contact us. Added balance is not refundable and can not be cash-out later (in case we add feature for cash out).

That's pritty clear dont you think? Then answer on your question is there is no refunds and especially no for any coin payments as its not even possible for me to do refund.

Also on page where you can post question is another notification:

Question must be at lest 140 characters long in English. Question must say what is wrong, if question is Bug Report you must provide also How this happened, for what function or provider and attach screenshot or informations that help me find Error and make Fix. If you publish nonsence characters just to make question 140 characters long, question will be unaswered removed.

So this question filled many times with same question is going to be removed.
