I made the payment of the ID 1040, but it took several days to confirm the BTC payments.

The payment has already been confirmed but I do not see the amount of the payment reflected in my balance.

I hope solution.

Hello,

Please may you share with me transaction hash? Im on chat now.

Sometimes when you send just little bit different amount Payment system does not recognize it. But actually there is only one unrecognized payment made at 24 Dec 2020, so really need some more info, cause there was not any payment in Bitcoin made with ID 1040.
