Amazon ERROR #256: Error executing "RunInstances" on "https://ec2.us-east-2.amazonaws.com"; AWS HTTP error: Client error: `POST https://ec2.us-east-2.amazonaws.com` resulted in a `400 Bad Request` response: PendingVerificationYour request fo (truncated...) PendingVerification (client): Your request for accessing resources in this region is being validated, and you will not be able to launch additional resources in this region until the validation is complete. We will notify you by email once your request has been validated. While normally resolved within minutes, please allow up to 4 hours for this process to complete. Hello, this happen when you want create instance in region that is not yet enabled for your AWS account. This usually takes several minutes, then they will send you email that selected region has been enabled for your account and you can start using this region. - This suppose to be automatic (at least for me this was always automatic and takes up-to hour)
