Proxies dont load from google cloud

Hey, 

When i try to make google proxies it says. "Currently processing 1 request". but after it's done the msg disappears and I didn't receive my proxies. My balance goes down tho u can see I lost like 5 USD trying to get this to work. when that happens I get a failed status code which I uploaded below. And when I try to refresh my VM page real quick on google cloud I see them loading but when there about to be installed they dissapear.

Hello,

There is no anything what remove instances automatically for Google Cloud. I mean CreateProxy may not even when instance creating failed remove instance. To me and probably to everyone else Google Cloud is working normally. Please let me know on Chat, so I may be able to try / find what is going on.

Also If you have such problems, consider to subscribe for membership, so you will not be charged for instance creating.

This question has been solved by increasing instance quota in Guus Google Cloud Dashboard. Always make sure, that you can run under specific region required number of instances.
