Hello, 

Currently you can create not secured proxies only for VULTR ipv6 proxy creating service. This option may be added for other providers as well in future.

Option to add not secured proxies for Google Cloud come with Google Cloud V2, which will be released in next month.

There are options to create not secured proxies for some providers, also Google Cloud v2 has been released, this question is now closed.
