Rackspace has been removed from CreateProxy.com

Today I removed Rackspace from CreateProxy.com as a provider
Why Im removing Rackspace as a provider?
1. Hard to create account, maybe even impossible
2. Rackspace is very expensive
3. Rackspace is only reseller of providers, that are already included in CreateProxy, so there is no reason to support such a provider.
